SX-LINK — Remote JLR Programming Interface

SX-LINK is our own remote diagnostics and programming interface. It enables us to connect to your vehicle securely over the internet, eliminating the need for you to visit our workshop for many services.

What is SX-LINK?

SX-LINK is a secure remote connection platform that bridges the gap between your vehicle and our workshop. Using a compatible diagnostic adapter (ENET WiFi or DOIP VCI) in your vehicle, we can establish an encrypted connection over the internet and perform diagnostics, programming, and activation tasks remotely. This is ideal for customers who cannot visit our workshop or prefer the convenience of remote service.

How It Works

1. You connect a compatible diagnostic adapter (ENET WiFi or DOIP VCI) to your vehicle's OBD port
2. The adapter connects to your home WiFi or mobile hotspot
3. We send you a secure connection link
4. Our technician connects to your vehicle via SX-LINK
5. The work is performed remotely while you watch
6. Payment is processed after successful completion

Supported Vehicles

All JLR vehicles from 2017+ with DOIP protocol. Some pre-2017 vehicles may also be supported depending on the specific task. Contact us with your VIN to confirm remote compatibility.

Note: A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps) and a compatible diagnostic adapter are required. Some complex hardware retrofits cannot be performed remotely.
