Our Story
JLR Activations was founded in 2018 by a team of Jaguar Land Rover enthusiasts and former JLR technicians who recognised a gap in the market. We saw countless vehicle owners frustrated that their cars had the physical hardware for premium features but lacked the software activation. We also saw independent workshops struggling to compete with main dealers on JLR-specific services.
What started as a small operation helping local JLR owners unlock hidden features has grown into a comprehensive service provider supporting customers across the UK, Europe, and beyond. We've now completed over 500 activations, retrofits, and power upgrades on every major JLR platform from the Defender L663 to the latest Range Rover L460.
Our mission is simple: to help JLR owners, workshops, and enthusiasts get the most from their vehicles using genuine OEM processes and parts. We believe that if the hardware is there, you should be able to use it.
