Auto High Beam Assist (AHBA) – L550 enhances nighttime driving by automatically controlling your vehicle’s high beam headlights. This intelligent feature monitors surrounding lighting conditions and the presence of other vehicles, ensuring optimal visibility without the need for constant manual adjustment.

When driving in low-light environments, AHBA activates the high beams to maximize road illumination. As soon as it detects the headlights or taillights of other vehicles, or sufficient street lighting, the system seamlessly switches back to dipped beams to prevent glare. Once conditions change, it re-engages the high beams for improved visibility.

The system only operates when ambient light levels fall below a preset threshold, making it particularly useful for rural roads, dark highways, and poorly lit areas.
