Position Light DRL Mode Activation for Range Rover 2010-2012

Through professional vehicle system programming, this function can safely and non-destructively activate and switch the factory-equipped position LED light spots to Daytime Running Light (DRL) mode. No hardware replacement or original circuit modification is required, realizing an upgrade of the original vehicle functions.

When DRL mode is activated, the position lights will automatically stay on as daytime running lights when the vehicle is started and moving, without additional manual control. This greatly improves the vehicle’s visibility and recognizability in various light conditions such as daytime driving, cloudy and hazy weather, and entering or exiting tunnels. It allows oncoming vehicles, surrounding pedestrians and non-motor vehicles to detect the vehicle’s position earlier, effectively reducing potential safety hazards caused by poor visibility and late detection, making daily travel safer and driving more standardized.

Please note that due to the limitations of the vehicle’s original hardware design, lighting circuit parameters and underlying system settings, the brightness of the position lights cannot be individually adjusted or modified after switching to DRL mode. Their luminous intensity and lighting effect will remain exactly the same as the standard position lights of the vehicle. Custom settings such as brightening or dimming are not supported. This is a normal characteristic of the original factory functions, not an issue with the product or activation operation.
