These flags define available colour palettes, lighting zones, brightness‑adjustment ranges and infotainment‑HMI menu visibility for ambient‑lighting controls. Factory base‑trim configuration restricts the system to limited‑colour presets or completely hides ambient‑lighting menus even with physical LED hardware fitted. This coding workflow reads and backs‑up the original factory CCF dataset, adjusts ambient‑lighting fitment‑flags and colour‑profile parameters, executes multi‑module integrity validation and writes modified configuration back via OBD‑II connection. Post‑write, controlled BCM‑GWM and infotainment‑module resets plus a full vehicle sleep‑wake cycle are required for HMI lighting menus and full‑colour‑selection to activate. This is purely software‑based modification; physical LED ambient‑lighting hardware must already be factory‑installed. Full roll‑back to factory‑trim‑lighting configuration can be completed restoring the backed‑up original CCF file.

Host‑system requirement: Windows 10 / Windows 11 64‑bit PC with valid SX‑TOOL software licence.
