Technical Overview

JET Master communicates over ISO 13400‑2 DoIP protocol, executing local seed‑key security access to unlock protected UDS module functions. Technicians can work both live connected to vehicle hardware and offline using saved CCF and VBF binary files. The software enables reading, backup, modification and write operations for Car Configuration Files and Vehicle Binary Files, supporting module swap‑out, retrofit hardware matching and immobiliser security workflows. Every write‑operation includes pre‑write integrity validation and session logging, helping technicians trace changes and lower the risk of module damage during complex engineering‑mode tasks.

Core JET Master Software Technical Functions

• Advanced CCF & VBF editing: backup‑restore‑modify vehicle configuration datasets, activate hidden OEM features for retrofits such as 360‑degree cameras, adaptive cruise, blind‑spot monitoring and ambient lighting
• ECU and TCU offline flashing: full and differential firmware updates, calibration writing for Ingenium powertrain control modules using local VBF files
• Module virginisation and VIN pairing: reset used BCM, KVM, IPC and gateway modules to virgin state when performing second‑hand component replacement jobs
• Immobiliser & PEPS key services: smart‑fob enrolment, spare‑key addition, All‑Keys‑Lost recovery and anti‑theft module synchronisation for supported DoIP vehicles
• Full multi‑module UDS diagnostics: DTC read‑clear, freeze‑frame data, live sensor streaming, actuator component tests and service adaptation routines including battery registration and DPF regeneration
• Exportable operation logs, batch‑search CCF parameters and automated workflow scripts to speed up high‑volume workshop tasks.

Hardware & System Compatibility

Primary coverage for MY2017‑2025 JLR DoIP‑based vehicles. Some late‑2024‑2025 secure‑gateway restricted modules may still require supplementary TOPIx cloud authorisation for certain protected flash procedures. Host PC requirement: Windows 10 / Windows 11 64‑bit operating system. Compatible hardware includes JLR Enet WiFi Adapter, Type‑C Enet cables and other certified DoIP VCI interfaces. Pre‑2017 legacy CAN‑bus‑only vehicles are not supported within this licence. Always maintain stable 12 V regulated vehicle power supply and create full CCF and ECU backups before performing any flash or write operations to avoid module bricking.
