Book Service
Choose from mobile visit, workshop appointment, or remote coding. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends to minimise disruption.
Activation
Our JLR-certified technicians perform the work using genuine OEM processes and tools. We test every feature before handover and provide documentation.

What to Expect
Before Your Appointment
- You'll receive a confirmation with date, time, and location
- For remote coding, your loaner kit arrives 1-2 days before
- Ensure your vehicle battery is fully charged
- Have your key fob and any spare keys available
- Clear personal items from the vehicle interior
- Ensure stable internet for remote sessions
During the Service
- Pre-service diagnostic health check
- Original configuration backup stored securely

Tools & Technology
SDD - Symptom Driven Diagnostics
Jaguar Land Rover's official diagnostic platform for vehicles up to approximately 2017. We use genuine JLR-licensed SDD software for comprehensive diagnostics and module programming.
Pathfinder
JLR's next-generation diagnostic and programming platform for newer vehicles. Required for MY18+ vehicles with InControl Touch Pro and PIVI Pro systems. Fully licensed and updated.
JLR Configuration Database
Access to JLR's build configuration data allows us to determine exactly what hardware is present in your vehicle and which features can be safely activated.
Secure Diagnostics
Compliant procedures for MY25.5+ vehicles with UNECE UN R155/R156 cybersecurity requirements. We maintain authorised access to perform legitimate diagnostic and programming operations.
Safety & Security
Your vehicle's security is our priority. All diagnostic connections use encrypted protocols. We never store your vehicle data longer than necessary for the service. Original configurations are backed up and stored securely for potential future restoration. We operate in full compliance with data protection regulations and JLR's cybersecurity requirements.
